Starter Pack: We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. These are intended as starter supplies and may not last the duration of your stay. Please plan accordingly for longer visits.

Golf Cart: Our complimentary golf cart is one of our guests' favorite amenities! Drivers must have a valid driver's license, follow all local laws, and ensure everyone wears seat belts. A $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of the driver's license are required prior to arrival. Upon booking guests are required to sign a golf cart waiver and guest are responsible for providing their own insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled more than 30 days before arrival receive a 97% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Direct bookings require a signed rental agreement within two days of booking. Airbnb reservations follow Airbnb's cancellation policy.
