Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a refreshed kitchen, family room, and dining space, all featuring brand-new décor and bedding. The fully stocked kitchen includes upgraded appliances, new pots and pans, cutting boards, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker—perfect for cooking and enjoying meals at home.

Golf Cart Policy
Guests are welcome to use the golf cart. A $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of the driver’s license are required prior to arrival. Drivers must be licensed, follow all local laws, and wear seatbelts at all times.

Beach Access
• Deer Lake State Park – approx. 0.4 miles (vehicle & bike parking, restrooms, $3 entry fee)
• Gulf Lakes Public Access – approx. 0.7 miles east (bike parking only)
• Sea Breeze Public Access – approx. 1 mile east (bike parking only)
• Seacrest Drive Public Access – approx. 1.5 miles east (bike parking only)

Starter Pack
We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, and laundry detergent. Once depleted, guests are responsible for replenishment. A Publix grocery store is located less than 4 miles away.

• Guests must be 21 years or older to book
• No pets, no parties, no smoking (inside or on the balcony)
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• Two parking space provided (no street parking, RVs, campers, or trailers)
• Entry-point security cameras are present for safety
• Rental agreement must be electronically signed
• Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice for a full refund
