Starter Supplies: To help you settle in, we provide a starter set of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, and laundry pods. These items are intended to get you started and may not last the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy: 97% of booking charges will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. For added protection, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within two days of booking, otherwise the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
